Privacy Policy
This policy covers the games made by Gamify Collective ("we", "us"), starting with Ghost Defence Force, and our own small posting tool, GDF Poster. If you have a question about it, email hello@gamifycollective.com.
Ghost Defence Force
Ghost Defence Force runs on RUN.world. You sign in with your RUN account; we never see your password or payment details. RUN's own privacy policy covers your account, payments and adverts.
What the game keeps, on RUN's servers, against your RUN player ID:
- your RUN username, which other players can see in online matches and auctions;
- your game progress: cards, squad, coins, gems, missions, ratings and settings;
- a record of what you bought in the game and when, so that a purchase is delivered once and can be checked if something goes wrong;
- anonymous counts of how players move through the game (for example, how many finish the tutorial), used only to improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything other than running and improving the game. Adverts in the game are shown by RUN; we do not receive information about you from them.
To have your game data deleted, email us from the address on your RUN account, or include your RUN username, and we will remove it within 30 days. You can also ask us what we hold about you.
GDF Poster
GDF Poster is a private tool we use to upload our own gameplay clips to our own YouTube and TikTok accounts. It is not offered to anyone else.
- It uses the YouTube API Services and the TikTok Content Posting API only to upload videos and set their titles, descriptions and publishing times.
- The sign-in tokens it receives are stored only on our own computer. They are never shared, sold or used for anything else.
- It does not read, collect or store information about anyone else's accounts, videos or viewers.
By using YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Access can be withdrawn at any time from Google's security settings or in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services.
Children
Our games follow RUN.world's age rules. We do not knowingly collect more than the information above from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
